こちらのお箸は、京と若狭を結ぶ歴史ある宿場町・熊川宿の風景をイメージし、3つの伝統色を取り入れました：

べんがら：深みのある赤色で、古くから日本の暮らしに欠かせない天然顔料。耐久性に優れ、歴史ある建物の塗装にも使われてきました。

若狭山椒：若狭地域で親しまれてきた山椒の若葉を思わせる爽やかな緑色。日本最古のスパイスとして知られています。

若狭瓦：熊川宿の伝統的な屋根瓦を連想させる、柔らかな灰色。江戸時代から愛されてきた耐久性の高い瓦の色を再現しました。

熟練の若狭職人が手掛けた八角形のスリムなデザインは持ちやすく、持ち手にはざらつき感のある乾漆仕上げを採用。手に馴染みやすく、毎日の食卓で心地よく使えます。

お米から生まれたエコなパッケージ

Inspired by Kumagawa-juku, a historic mountain post town, these chopsticks feature three traditional colors that capture the essence of the region:

Bengara (red): A rich, earthy red made from natural iron oxide, used in Japan for centuries for its durability and resistance to fading.
Wakasa Sansyo (green): A fresh green inspired by the sansho pepper, a spice deeply rooted in the Wakasa region’s history and cuisine.
Wakasa Kawara (gray): A soft gray reflecting the traditional roof tiles of Wakasa, known for their strength and long-lasting quality.

Carefully crafted by Wakasa artisans, these chopsticks have a slender octagonal shape and a textured dry lacquer finish, making them both elegant and easy to hold.
